On March 4th, 2016 at 7:00PM, Monroe Woodbury HS hosted its annual Harlem Wizards vs Monroe Woodbury Dream Team event. The basketball game drew a huge crowd which filled the main gymnasium. The department was on hand to ensure everything went smoothly with traffic conditions and any emergencies that may have arisen. The event was a huge success.

​The Woodbury Police Officers participated in an event called "No Shave November". This is a month long event during which participants forgo shaving in order to evoke conversation and raise cancer awareness. Each officer donated $75.00 dollars to participate in the program and all of the proceeds will be made to ST JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH

                                                  a little to help support a great cause.







Department Hosts Local Cub Scouts Tours

The Town of Woodbury Police proudly congratulates Chief Watson on his promotion. A swearing-in ceremony was held today, 12/15/2016, at the Town Hall at 7:30PM. The department looks forward to further growth and success under his leadership. 

Hundreds of residents enjoyed the Woodbury PBA's Easter Egg Hunt hosted at Earl's Reservoir.

Chief Watson Promotion

Local cub scouts requested a tour of the Town of Woodbury Police Department to learn more about the services first responders provide for their community. The children were able to get their fingerprints taken, see the facilities, and  interact with the staff of the department. 

​Shop With A Hero

Woodbury Police, Monroe Police, Woodbury Ambulance and the team at Target had their "Shop with a Hero" day. Kids and cops teamed up for a day of holiday shopping at Target where each kid was given a $50 Target gift card to shop with. Afterward we all were treated to pizza and drinks. Thanks to all involved.
